The alert is one handoff inside a larger operating process. You will build a bug-intake form that produces actionable Discord alerts while keeping issue state and prioritization in a real tracking process.

A good bug form captures environment, expected behavior, actual behavior, reproducible steps, frequency, and safe supporting context. Discord is the attention surface; Google Forms is the intake record; an issue tracker or documented triage list should own status.

Keep vulnerability and account reports out of public channels

Define what counts as a report

Explain what the form is for, where security vulnerabilities should be reported privately, which products or versions are supported, and what information must never be submitted. Separate account or billing support from reproducible software defects when their audiences differ.

Ask for reproducible evidence

Use required questions for product area, version, device or browser, expected behavior, actual behavior, steps to reproduce, and frequency. Ask for the smallest reproducible sequence. Avoid collecting passwords, access tokens, private keys, payment data, or unrestricted log files.

Design self-reported impact carefully

Let reporters describe impact in plain language. A dropdown can help triage, but a reporter's selection is not authoritative severity. Define an internal review process so the team confirms priority rather than letting a form answer trigger an emergency route.

Connect one private triage channel

Trace a report from the form to a durable issue

Size the intake path for report volume

Before launching a Discord bug-report pipeline, match it to the pricing contract.
